气动拼板机使用寿命怎样加长

　　怎样使气动拼板机的寿命加长：

　　1.大气环境:没有盐分，酸气，腐蚀性气体，可燃性气体与油雾；

　　2.避免阳光直射拼板机或热辐射拼板机而引起的环境温度变化；

　　3.湿度温度：拼板机运行环境湿度应在30%~90%范围内；环境温度应在0-45℃，且温度变化的原则是不应引起冷凝；

　　4.拼板机厂房内不得有雨雪侵袭；

　　5.粉尘浓度不得大于10mg/m3；

　　6.拼板机厂房内不得有导电尘埃；

　　7.安装位置应远离易燃易爆物品；

　　8.安装位置应远离振动源；

　　上述八点就是加长气动拼板机寿命的方法。
